Remember These Graduation Deadlines
Get Ready for Graduation!
Dear Student,
If you’re planning to graduate this year, you'll want to remember a few important deadlines that are coming up soon.
De Anza's 58th annual commencement celebration will be held on a Sunday this year – Sunday, June 29, beginning at 3 p.m. in the Santa Clara Convention Center, 5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara.
Here are some dates to keep in mind:
- This Monday, June 16, is the last day to order your graduation pack – including cap, gown, tassel and diploma cover – or other regalia, in order for the items to arrive in time. (Visit the campus Bookstore in the RSS Building, or place your order online.)
- This Monday, June 16, is also the last day to file for your degree if you want your name listed in the printed souvenir program that will be distributed at the event.
Monday, June 23, is the last day for graduating students to submit a message and photo for the optional
Graduation Slideshow, which will be posted online and shown during the celebration.- There is no deadline to participate in the commencement ceremony, but you must apply for your degree by Friday, June 27, in order to have it awarded for spring quarter.

Digital Congrats Cards
Starting today, you and your family or friends can submit digital Congrats Cards for your favorite grads – or the entire Class of 2025.
Disability-Related Accommodations
Sign language interpreters will be present at the commencement celebration on June 29.

Commencement Livestream
